- Meet-and-greet required before ongoing care is accepted.
- Owners must disclose medical, mobility, and behavior issues in advance.
- No aggressive dogs for care services or group classes.
- Vaccination requirements apply where appropriate.
- Paws N' Reflect may refuse or discontinue service after evaluation.
