Booking, payment, and service terms

These terms describe the basic rules for training, in-home pet care, booking acceptance, payment, cancellations, and service limits.

Service acceptance

All services are subject to fit, schedule, and location approval.
Meet-and-greet and screening may be required before ongoing care is confirmed.
Paws N' Reflect may refuse or discontinue service if the dog, household, or setup is not workable.

Payment

Posted class and checkout offers are due through the stated checkout flow.
Custom quotes, house sitting, and review-first services are confirmed only after approval.
Weekly or packaged care pricing applies only to the approved schedule and route.

Care scope

Care services are in-home or client-location only.
No boarding, daycare, kennel care, or keeping client animals at our property.
Owner-provided medication is accepted only when approved in advance with written instructions.

Cancellations and changes

Rescheduling and cancellation timing depends on the service booked. Review the cancellation policy for current notice requirements and any service-specific limits.
